Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

Redemption
Gift Vouchers are valid only toward portrait sessions offered by Point and Shoot Photography. To redeem, schedule your session through our website or contact us directly.

Family & Session Limitations
Gift Vouchers are intended for use by a single family only and may not be combined with other families. Each session is valid for up to two pets, or one pet and one person. Additional participants or pets may require a separate session or additional fees. Travel is included up to 30 miles from the Photographer’s residence; additional fees may apply if the distance is greater.

Expiration
Gift Vouchers expire 12 months from the date of purchase. Expired certificates cannot be redeemed or refunded.

Non-Transferable & Non-Refundable
Gift Vouchers are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or credit, except where required by law.

Use Restrictions
Each Voucher may be applied to a single portrait session only and cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts unless explicitly stated.

Lost or Stolen Vouchers
Point and Shoot Photography is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift Vouchers.

Session Scheduling
Portrait sessions are subject to availability. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred dates and times.

Modification & Cancellation
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Gift Vouchers may be canceled or rescheduled only with prior approval and in accordance with our standard session policies.

Legal Compliance
Gift Vouchers are governed by applicable state and federal laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with these laws.
